children staying at the Salvation Army Shelter in downtown Austin.

HELP NEEDED FOR VICAR APARTMENT MOVE OUT THIS SATURDAY

Pastor Coffey needs help moving all of the vicar apartment furniture out and
into storage. We’ll meet at the Acacia Cliffs apartments at 7201 Hart Lane (just
north of Far West) at 8 am to load up the moving truck. We should be done before
noon.

Lutheran BREWtherhood Men’s Group Brewing Again
Thursday, August 21 at 7:30 pm, Dog and Duck Pub

Pastor Coffey is back from sabbatical and is looking forward to starting up the
monthly men’s meeting. Join him at the Dog and Duck Pub at Guadalupe and 17th on
Thursday, August 21 at 7:30 pm. In addition to having some good time to catch
up, we’ll begin making plans for a fall men’s retreat and other men’s
ministries. Whether you drink beer, tea, or soda, come join us.
