8:30 AM and 11:00 AM
Our worship is rooted in the liturgical tradition of the church. Using music, song, language, and ritual both ancient and new, we gather each Sunday in community to celebrate the good news of God in Christ, hear God’s Word in Scripture and preaching, pray for our needs and the needs of others, share the meal of Holy Communion, and be sent into the world to serve as Jesus did.
We welcome all baptized Christians to share in the Lord’s Supper with us. We encourage seekers and questioners to participate in a way meaningful for you, and to explore at your own pace the way the Christian faith and the liturgy are speaking to you.
If you’re familiar with worship in a Roman Catholic church or an Episcopal church, our service will feel familiar to you. If you come from other mainline Protestant traditions, you will find similarities.
Music is an important part our worship and ministry. We have an excellent choir that sings most Sundays at the 11:00 service. We encourage members to bring their musical gifts to worship. We host a wide variety of musical concerts and recitals in our sanctuary, which is known in the Austin area for its rich, live acoustics that make music come alive.
